If you're a council or organisation with a skate park, here's what we can offer you:
- We can manage your skate park
If you're a local council, YMCA Action Sports can manage your recreational facility or skate park to transform it into a positive space for young people and the local community. You can also join our Skate Club program. Take a look at the skate parks that we manage on behalf of councils.
- We can host competitions or events at your skate park
We can help you host competitions and events at your local skate park. Whether it's a Skate Park Leagues event (Australia’s biggest skate, scooter and BMX competition series), an Australian Skateboarding League competition, or a Family Fun Day - we've got an event for you. We deliver over 180 Action Sports events nationwide each year and we can deliver stand-alone events or a series of events. Each of our events attract between 300 to 600 people - bringing economic activity to your local area. By partnering with the Y, your council will join over 90 local government areas and organisations.
