Riverslide Skate Park is Australia’s only full-time managed public skate facility. Riverslide provides high quality facilities, programs and services to the skate park community.
Lessons
Riverslide Skate Park offers people of all ages and skill private lessons on how to skateboard. The lessons are for individuals or small groups and are based around fun and getting active.
Skate Club
Riverslide Skate Park participates in Skate Club - a relaxed, supervised, group program where the focus is on social engagement and personal progression, rather than winning competitions. Bookings required.
Skate Shop
Check out the Riverslide skate shop for a range of skateboard decks, wheels, equipment and accessories from top skateboarding brands.
Go Girls
Riverslide Skate Park runs weekly skateboarding lessons for girls aged 14 and under. The focus is on fun and social skating. Bookings required.
Progression Session
Riverside Skate Parks runs a weekly evening girls skateboarding lesson for late teens and young adults. The session runs for 3 hours and includes a 1 hour lesson. Bookings required.
Competitions
Riverslide Skate Park runs various competitions, demonstrations and workshops.
Facilities
There are various facilities available at Riverslide Skate Park, including a shop, café and park hire.
Partnership
YMCA manages Riverslide Skate Park, which is owned by City of Melbourne. The Y is the leader in community and recreation facility management - we have successful partnerships with a number of communities and government bodies.

Riverslide Skate Park is located in the picturesque Alexandra Gardens, close to Flinders St Station and just outside the Melbourne CBD.
